SAFE are to be congratulated on producing this excellent resource and educational book.
This large format book, which includes a DVD with 10 visual and oral texts and 21 printable images, is suitable for students in social studies, history and English. There's also a companion website, Animals & Us.
The book is in three sections: (1) In the Classroom: Units of Study; (2) Resources and texts; (3) Other resources, links and glossary.
I'm impressed by the range of material included in this educational tool and its presentation and production. It's highly recommended!
